EATING DISORDER AND NUTRITION COUNSELING
Nutrition counseling rooted in resilience and compassion. Find support that helps you stop fighting your body and start living more freely.
FEEL BETTER EVERY DAY
I offer one-on-one nutritional counseling with compassionate, personalized care to support your goals, recovery, and relationship with food. Sessions are currently virtual, with in-person support coming soon. Meal supportis also available, where we can eat together while working through stress or challenges around food.
WHY I DO WHAT I DO
In my late teenage years, I started seeing a dietitian because I was struggling with my relationship with food. Those sessions changed my life.
For the first time, I saw food not as something to fear or control, but as something that could nourish my body, mind, and soul.
That experience led me to study dietetics, earn my Master’s in Human Nutrition, complete my dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and ultimately build a career doing for others what was once done for me.
My work is grounded in Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, and the belief that every person deserves a relationship with food that feels peaceful.
WHO I WORK WITH
I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults who are struggling with their relationship with food, body image issues, and physical healing. We will work together at a pace that feels good for you because I know how complex and individualized this journey can be.
I commonly support clients navigating:
✤ Eating Disorders
✤ Recovery in the outpatient setting after higher levels of care
✤ Body Image
✤ Intuitive Eating
✤ Disordered eating patterns and long histories of dieting or food rules
I currently support clients in AZ, CA, CO, CT, MI, NJ, NY, and VA.
WHEN YOU’RE READY, I’D LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU
You don’t have to keep navigating this alone.
You deserve support that feels steady, compassionate, and individualized. Your experiences should be truly understood.
My role is to walk alongside you in this process, helping you rebuild trust with food and your body in a way that feels sustainable and supportive of your real life.
