Eating Disorder and Nutritional Counseling Services
Recovery looks different for everyone, and it doesn’t always look perfect. I take an individualized approach that meets you where you are on your recovery journey and builds the intuitive eating-based foundation for lasting recovery.
Healing your relationship with food can feel overwhelming — especially when past support hasn’t felt like the right fit, or when you’re trying to take everything on yourself.
What you need isn’t another one-size-fits-all approach.
You want compassionate support from someone who takes the time to understand your experiences, your challenges, and the person behind them.

I offer personalized nutrition support designed to help you build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food and yourself.

Meal Support
Share a meal with me while we work through stressors, fears, and emotional challenges around eating in a supportive, judgment-free space.
Together, we’ll build confidence, practice coping strategies, and create a more comfortable and peaceful relationship with food.
